Breaking down what we do best

  1. Apply! We are expanding the buying group. Unfortunately, we can't see to everyone. What we look for is your AMZ experience, sales estimates and location. Of all of these: Location is most important right now.
  2. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have interest in setting an order, all you have to do is reply!
  3. During the application process, we will have gathered all information we need to send you a pallet. Once we receive a request from you, we will answer any questions that you might have and send invoicing.
  4. We like to keep our sources moving, sometimes there might be a pallet that will be ready to ship, most times we will put your name on a pallet that is almost ready
  5. Invoicing will be sent to you by way of PlastIQ, a third party payment processor. PlastIQ allows for you to pay by way of ACH, Debit, or Credit. I will advise: we all love credit card points, make sure you pay attention to what PlastIQ charges you to run Credit or even Debit. ACH is the way to go in my book!
  6. PlastIQ will entice you to deliver payment quickly for an additional fee. Please do not take this on either, if you set payment for the first non-expedited day, we will be happy with that. All we need to see is that payment is going to be send within 10 days of the pallet hitting the road.
  7. Once we get a notification that payment is processing, we will then arrange for freight for your purchase with the details you have previously given.
  8. You will receive a BOL and a detailed manifest of your order, with this you will also see another invoice from PlastIQ, this is for your freight. After the pallet hits the road. We will then provide specific details on tracking and arrival.
  9. We will then wait to hear from you in regards to your pallet's arrival. If it is a couple days late, no worries, just give us a call!
  10. If you have notes of quality concerns, please refer to our Quality document and follow up with us. It is just by nature in this business that quality sometimes must be addressed in this program
  11. Your next step is where you want to take it! Re-ordering is as simple as replying to the email chain for your previous order. We also welcome any practical next step questions as well.
